Overview

AM-P02 series pulse controller is the main control equipment of the pulse bag dust collector injection dust cleaning system. Its output signal directly controls the pulse solenoid valve and controls the compressed air to sequentially blow and clean dust on the filter bag to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the dust removal effect of the dust collector.

The AM-P02 series pulse controller has three products,which can output up to 8,16 and 32 control signals respectively. The output pulse width and pulse interval can be adjusted at any time through the panel buttons. Each product can set the actual number of output channels of the pulse injection controller through the panel buttons.

Parameter adjustment

1. Press and hold the SET button. After 3 to 5 seconds,the pulse controller displays "00" and begins to enter the setting state; 2. Press the SET button,the pulse controller displays "1" and enters pulse output. Channel number adjustment status; 3. Press the SET key again and "××" will be displayed (for example,"06" means output 6 channels). At this time,press the ▲ key to increase

The number of output channels,press the ▼ key to reduce the number of output channels; 4. Press the SET key again,the pulse controller displays "2",and then enters the pulse interval adjustment state; 5. Press the SET key again,the pulse controller displays "××" ” (for example,“07” means the pulse interval is 7 seconds). At this time,each time you press the ▲ key,the pulse interval will increase by one second; each time you press the ▼ key,the pulse interval will decrease by one second;

6. Press the SET key again,the pulse controller displays "3",and then enters the pulse width adjustment state; 7. Press the SET key again,the display shows "××",and the current pulse width is the displayed number ××10ms. at this time,

Each time you press the ▲ key,the pulse width increases by 10ms; each time you press the ▼ key,the pulse width decreases by 10ms;

8. After adjusting the above parameters,press the SET key,the display will be "4",press the SET key again,the display will be "01",the pulse controller will start working in a cycle from the first channel,and the parameter adjustment is completed. 9. During operation,press the RESET key,the controller will display "01" and start working from the first channel.

10. During operation,press the PAUSE button once to suspend the operation of the injection device. Press the PAUSE button again and the pulse controller will continue to work. This function can step by step detect whether each pulse solenoid valve is working properly.

Note: This series of pulse controllers generally provide 24VDC output and 220VAC output,and must be equipped with the same voltage specifications.
