Products
Insulated high voltage leads for thermal wires and cables provide a wide operating temperature range and excellent dielectric qualities. The extreme resistance of silicone rubber insulated wires and cables to high-voltage ionization allows silicone rubber insulated wires and cables to operate without failure under high-voltage and high-temperature conditions. Silicone rubber is very resistant to both high and low temperatures.,silicone rubber retains its performance after use at temperatures from -150F to +392F. As a first-grade insulating silicone rubber, silicone rubber has excellent dielectric properties, heat resistance and durability. As a thermoset insulation material,it will not melt or shrink back when used with a soldering gun,as insulation like PFA or FEP can do. Passes UL VW-1 vertical wire flame test. Resistant to ozone and corona. Fully tinted insulation available for positive circuit identification.,the standard conductor material is tinned copper, but nickel-coated copper and silver-plated copper are also available as options. Cables are optionally available with impregnated glass braid or stainless steel for additional mechanical protection. Available 4\/0 please inquire.,please specify the color: 0-black,1-tan,2-red,3-orange,4-yellow,5-green,6-blue,7-purple,8-grey,9-white. Stripe color examples: -100 tan base with two black stripes.,Intended Use: Internal wiring of television receivers as determined by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for acceptability.
