The dual-channel 2182A is optimized to make stable,low-noise voltage measurements and reliably and repeatably characterize low-resistance materials. It provides higher measurement speed and better noise performance than alternative low-voltage measurement solutions. The ability to choose from a wide range of response times helps optimize speed/noise trade-offs. Low noise levels are ensured over a wide range of effective response times,typically 15nV p-p noise at 1s response time and 40-50nV p-p noise at 60ms. Delta mode coordinated measurements,reverse current source up to 24Hz,30nV p-p noise (typ) in one reading - average multiple readings for greater noise reduction. Provides 110dB NMRR synchronized with the line and minimizes the effects of AC common-mode currents. Resistance measurement range 0Ωâ\u020'1MΩ. Temperature measurement range -200â\u020'+1820°C.
