Arjay Engineering 2852-FCM material level sensor

The 2852-FCM Foam Control Monitor has over 40 years of capacity experience. The sensing probe is tuned to normal operating conditions in the gas or gas phase of the process. Foam intrusion around the probe will cause capacitance changes,monitored by the remote control. Changes in foam level will result in proportional output.,typical applications include Free Water Knockout (FWKO) systems,gas phase separation,pre-compressor main pleat protection and wastewater treatment facilities. The unique Arjay Pulse Module circuitry makes this unit ideal for foam suppression,interfacing and control.,due to changes in the dielectric properties of a fluid or solid,the resulting capacitance changes are monitored and configured as a usable signal for process control and recording. The display is provided in user-configurable engineering units.,the product dielectric in the application may not be a strictly linear Arjay designed 5-point calibration into the controller for improved accuracy over an extended measurement range. This instrument is ideal for general monitoring and trend analysis of process conditions.
