The 4170+ single loop controller is part of the Plus Series family and features a 3-point stepper control designed for open loop,valve-motor drive (VMD) applications.,4170+ adopts advanced adjustment algorithm,with optional pre-adjustment and self-tuning for easy setting. Self-tuning also reduces wear on mechanical components such as valves,contactors and relays by reducing output activity to an absolute minimum without affecting control quality. In tests,the controls reduced the valve's vibrations from 30 to 40 times per minute to just a few.
