The working principle is that as liquid flows through the pipe,a paddle wheel in the fitting (S030 flow adapter - available separately) rotates,producing a measurement frequency in the sensor that is proportional to the flow rate. The transmitter module will then operate and display in various different modes. Provides precise control of neutral and corrosive solids-free liquids. The sensor device is bayonet mounted to a pipe flow adapter fitting (S030 Flow Adapter,typically found in stock no. 249-7513),providing the module with an interface for measuring,monitoring and controlling liquids. Transmitter display modes include flow,output current,main totalizer,daily totalizer (reset function). Flow rate is shown in liters/minute,liters/hour,meters³\/min,gallons/hour and US gallons/hour. Modes and displays can be customized,with complete options for unit and time measurement providing unlimited flexibility when programmed. Use three buttons for simple menu-driven programming.
