Convert linear resistance to standard analog current signals,e.g. from valves or ohmic level sensors. Amplifies bipolar mV signals to standard 4…20 mA current signals. In a multipoint communication setup,up to 63 transmitters (HART® 7) can be connected. Technical Features HART® protocol version can be changed to HART® 5 or HART® 7 protocol via user configuration. The HART® 7 protocol provides: - tag numbers up to 32 characters. - Enhanced burst mode and time-stamped event notifications. -Device variables and states map to any dynamic variable PV,SV,TV or QV. - Process signal trend measurements using log and summary data. - Automatic event notifications with timestamps. -Command aggregation for higher communication efficiency. The 6337A is designed according to strict safety requirements and is therefore suitable for use in SIL installations. Continuously check important stored data. Compliant with NAMUR NE21 recommendations,the 6337A HART® transmitter ensures optimal measurement performance in harsh electromagnetic compatibility environments.
