Applications Linearized temperature measurements using TC and RTD sensors such as Pt100 and Ni100. HART® communication and 4…20 mA analog PV output for individual, difference or average temperature measurement of up to two RTD or TC input sensors. Convert linear resistance to standard analog current signals,e.g. from valves or ohmic level sensors. Amplifies bipolar mV signals to standard 4…20 mA current signals. In a multipoint communication setup,up to 63 transmitters (HART® 7) can be connected. Technical Features HART® protocol version can be changed to HART® 5 or HART® 7 protocol via user configuration. The HART® 7 protocol provides: - tag numbers up to 32 characters. - Enhanced burst mode and time-stamped event notifications. -Device variables and states map to any dynamic variable PV,SV,TV or QV. - Process signal trend measurements using log and summary data. - Automatic event notifications with timestamps. -Command aggregation for higher communication efficiency. The 6337D is designed according to strict safety requirements and is therefore suitable for use in SIL installations. Continuously check important stored data. Compliant with NAMUR NE 21 recommendations, the 6337D HART® transmitter ensures the highest measurement performance in harsh electromagnetic compatibility environments. Additionally, the 6337D complies with NAMUR NE43 and NE89 recommendations. Installation/installation of DIN rails with up to 84 channels per meter. Configuration via standard HART® communication interface or PR 5909 loop link. PR 5106B or 9106B is recommended as a barrier to 6337D.
