972 A10 H1,Solid State Loop Powered Vibration and Temperature Sensor The Model 972 Solid State Loop Powered Vibration and Temperature Sensor is specifically designed for industrial machinery monitoring. The sensor continuously measures vibration levels and temperature,as well as key machinery health parameters,and transmits data directly to the PLC,providing precise level monitoring with support for alarms and machinery shutdown capabilities.,vibration level output displays velocity or peak acceleration,with factory setting ranges of 0-1,0-2 and 0-5 inches\/sec and 0-10,0-20 and 0-50 Gs-pk respectively. The frequency response range is 5 to 2000 Hz,and the accuracy is maintained between 0 and 100 degrees Celsius over the operating temperature range of 0 to 100 degrees Celsius. Note: The sensor is available in two housing styles,both with housing-isolated outputs via a standard 4-pin connector. Model 972-H1 is installed with a full ¼-28-torx socket head screw,allowing the housing to be rotated to any 360-degree position before locking. The 972-H2 is mounted with a removable ¼-28 base mounting stud. Please consult the factory for custom versions of these sensors.
