AD008 wireless vibration temperature sensor is a mechanical equipment specially used to collect coal mine environment. Intrinsically safe sensor for vibration temperature information. The sensor is designed with low power consumption,battery powered,and wireless data transmission. After the sensor collects the vibration temperature information of the equipment operation,it sends it out wirelessly. The receiving terminal transmits the data to the server through Ethernet,Wifi,4G and other communication methods. The server side reuses monitoring data to predict equipment failures. working principle

Using a microelectronic MEMS vibration chip,it can measure three-dimensional vibration acceleration information in space. After outputting the three-axis acceleration information,it is filtered by the filter circuit and then sent to the MCU for AD sampling. The MCU,together with the vibration signal,temperature,battery power,signal strength,etc.,according to the communication protocol The format is packaged and sent through the wireless module.
