Diodes Incorporated AH35xx Hall Effect Omnipolar Switches are high voltage,high sensitivity switching ICs designed for proximity,position and level detection. These Hall effect switches are optimized for operation over a supply voltage range of 3V to 28V. The AH35xx switches feature a chopper-stabilized architecture and a built-in bandgap regulator,thus providing a reliable solution over the entire operating range. These Hall effect switches feature reverse blocking diodes with a clamp on the supply and overcurrent limiting and a clamp on the output. The AH35xx switches provide output that can be switched on via a north or south pole of sufficient strength. Typical applications include position and proximity sensing,switch detection,position detection,level detection,flow meters and non-contact switches.
