Fast and accurate multi-point temperature,AirData MultiTemp is the ideal solution for solving thermal performance testing problems of air conditioning systems,cooling towers,heat exchangers and energy recovery systems. The MT-440K MultiTemp can be used with any AirData multimeter and HydroData multimeter models to quickly and sequentially measure the temperature of up to eight independent points.,speed is critical for accurate analysis of total heat transfer under changing load conditions. Temperatures are often constantly changing in many systems,or the test may capture loads at less than full load. When the probe is installed,a complete set of eight readings takes approximately 15 seconds. Additional points can be measured in the same sequence by using multiple MultiTemp switch units (piggybacks) connected in series. It takes approximately two minutes to read and store 64 temperature points.,the insertion probe used with MultiTemp can be used in any liquid or gas compatible with stainless steel. Typical uses include: wet bulb or dry bulb air temperature; thermowell; Pete’s plug; or direct immersion.
