AM-P02 seriesThe pulse injection controller is a pulse bag dust collector injectionThe main control equipment of the dust cleaning system.Its output signal directly controls the pulse solenoid valve and controls the compressed air to sequentially blow and clean dust on the filter bag to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the dust removal effect of the dust collector.


AM-P02 seriesThere are three products of pulse injection controller,which can output up to 8,16 and 32 control signals respectively. The output pulse width and pulse interval can be adjusted at any time through the panel buttons. Each product can set the actual number of output channels of the pulse injection controller through the panel buttons.

Operation usage


1. Press and hold the SET button. After 3 to 5 seconds,the pulse injection controller displays "00" and begins to enter the setting state;

2. Press the SET button,the pulse injection controller displays "1",and then enters the pulse output channel number adjustment state;

3. Press the SET key again and "××" will be displayed (for example,"06" means output 6 channels). At this time,press the ▲ key to increase the number.Number of output channels,press▼ key to reduce the number of output channels;

4. Press the SET key again,the pulse injection controller displays "2",and then enters the pulse interval adjustment state;

5. Press the SET key again and "××" will be displayed (for example,"07" means the pulse interval is 7 seconds). At this time,each time you press▲The pulse interval increases by one second; each time the ▼ key is pressed,the pulse interval decreases by one second;

6. Press the SET key again,the pulse injection controller displays "3",and it enters the pulse width adjustment state;

7. Press the SET key again and the display will be “××”. The current pulse width is the displayed number ××10ms. At this time,each time▲,the pulse width increases by 10ms; each time the ▼ key is pressed,the pulse width decreases by 10ms;

8. After adjusting the above parameters,press the SET key,the display will be "4",press the SET key again,the display will be "01",and the pulse sprayThe blowing controller starts working in a cycle from the first channel,and the parameter adjustment ends.

9. During operation,press the RESET key,the injection controller will display "01" and start working from the first channel.

10. During operation,press the PAUSE button once to suspend the operation of the injection device. Press the PAUSE button again and the pulse injection device will continue to work. This function can step by step detect whether each pulse solenoid valve is working properly.
