two,working principle

Dissolved oxygen is an indicator of the molecular oxygen content dissolved in water. Intelligent dissolved oxygen sensorIt is designed based on the quenching principle of excited fluorescence by specific substances in physics. When the excitation light shines on the fluorescent substance on the surface of the fluorescent membrane head,the fluorescent substance is excited and emits fluorescence. The extinguishing time of the fluorescence is affected by the concentration of oxygen molecules on the surface of the fluorescent membrane head. The concentration of oxygen molecules can be calculated by detecting the phase difference between fluorescence and excitation light and comparing it with the internal calibration curve,and outputs the final value after temperature and salinity compensation.useThe 465nm light source is used as excitation light to illuminate the sensitive diaphragm to produce 620nm fluorescence. The fluorescence quenching effect occurs under the action of dissolved oxygen in water,and the degree of quenching is linearly related to the dissolved oxygen concentration.

The sensor should be immersed and fixedly installed below the liquid level. During installation and use,avoid collision or scratching the surface of the fluorescent membrane head. The fluorescent membrane head part should avoid being attached by underwater sediments. Rubber protective cover should be removed during use.
