Sensirion ASF1400 Gas Flow Meter

The Sensirion ASF14x0 mass flow meter enables extremely accurate bidirectional measurement of gas flow rates over four orders of magnitude. Sensirion’s CMOSens® sensor technology combines high-precision sensor elements with amplification and ADC circuitry in a single CMOS chip. These devices are fully calibrated and temperature compensated, and housed in rugged, chemically inert PBT housings. Typical applications include mass flow metering for process control, medical applications, HVAC solutions and gas flow metering. The ASF1430 model has a faster response speed and is suitable for measuring rapidly changing gas flows. It can provide data rates up to 200 Hz. Sensirion ASF1400/ASF1430 mass flow meter The Sensirion ASF14x0 mass flow meter enables ultra-precise bidirectional measurement of gas flow through four amplitudes.
Sensirion’s CMOSens® sensor technology combines high-precision sensors and amplification and ADC circuitry into a single CMOS chip.
The device is fully calibrated, temperature compensated and housed in a rugged, chemically inert PBT enclosure.
Typical applications include mass flow measurement for process control, medical applications, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, and gas flow metering.
