The tap density of flake material powder particles depends largely on how the particles are packed. During the tapping process,particles gradually accumulate,the powder volume decreases,and the tapping density increases. This condition of maximum filling efficiency is highly repeatable under the control of tapping speed,tapping force (i.e. drop) and cylinder diameter. Tap density measurement (sometimes called tap volume density,or just tap density) is formalized in a number of international standards,and both Autotap models comply with these standards. If you need to ensure that all analyzes have the same number of fixed taps,a special locking feature is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to the counter. Available options,automatic taps usually come with 250ml cylinders,but you can request 10ml,25ml,50ml,100ml or 500ml. A larger optional platform is required to accommodate the largest cylinder we offer 1000cc. Of course,this platform can also accommodate all smaller cylinders.
