Wide Face Nylon Level Gauge with Dial Thermometer features a large dial thermometer and wide rectangular field of view,allowing easy observation of level,clarity and temperature from a distance. These liquid level gauges can be used in mechanical oil tanks,tanks,gearboxes,bearing housings,crankcases,hydraulic equipment,transformers and other applications where a visual display of liquid level and liquid temperature is required. This level gauge features a clear,durable rectangular nylon sight glass. Front view area 13/4 wide. u201d rearview mirror's field of view is enhanced. Easy-to-read High and Low level markers provide additional visual cues. Two aluminum tie rods pass through the center of the viewing holes connecting the aluminum end blocks. The leak-proof construction is sealed with nitrile rubber. Temperature is expressed in degrees Fahrenheit and degrees Celsius on a 23/64 diameter stainless steel thermometer. It displays 0° F (-20° C) to 250° F (120° C). The unit withstands up to 50 PSI and 205° F. Liquid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt. The pressure gauge leads into the tank through the cross hole on the top bolt. The length between the centers of two bolts is called the centerline. The distance between tank hole centers must be within 1/32 of the centerline measurement. The gauge mounts from the front of the tank with (2) aluminum bolts and a 3/8" male NPT adapter.
