CMv2000 is a high-sensitivity pipeline global shutter CMOS image sensor with a resolution of 5120×3840 pixels. Pipelining means that exposures can be made during the readout process. Advanced pixel design enables true correlated double sampling (CDS),significantly reducing fixed pattern noise and dark noise. The imager integrates 16 LVDS channels,each at 480Mbps,resulting in a frame rate of 30fps at full resolution (12 bits per pixel). Driver setup and readout programming are available through the serial peripheral interface. While external exposure triggering is still possible,an internal generator generates the signals required for image sensor readout and exposure. CMV2000 is derived from a custom CMOS image sensor. This sensor is not intended for traffic applications.
