CNDMG series spindle encoder
CNDMDG series spindle encoders use high-sensitivity magnetic components,built-in permanent magnets and integrated modules to achieve non-contact speed measurement. The main measurement objects are moving ferromagnetic materials,such as gears,racks,cams and special convex and concave surfaces. The gear module is ≥0.4. It can be used to measure rotation speed,displacement,cycle,frequency,speed,length measurement,trip,hydraulic pressure,liquid level,impeller rotary flow meter,torque,mechanical transmission,and dynamic monitoring of train and car operation. The sensor is currently widely used in fields such as machinery,metallurgy,textiles,transportation,petrochemical industry,aviation,automatic control engineering,machining centers and military industry.
Features:
* Non-contact measurement,simple measurement method
* High measurement accuracy and controllable output voltage
* Working temperature -40℃~+125℃
* Built-in integration module
* Measurable speed 400,000 rpm or more
* Signal trigger is ferromagnetic material
* Strong earthquake resistance and impact resistance
* Easy to achieve long-distance transmission
* Can be used in water,oil,steam,dust,pressurized operation and specific corrosive environments
* Can be customized according to customer requirements
typical application
· Gear speed and steering detection · encoding
·Servo motor speed test ·Knitting machine needle position detection
· CNC machine tool motor speed steering tracking test
Electrical characteristics
Power supply voltage Vcc | 5V DC |
Three outputs Vout | ≥1.0V (can be formulated according to customer requirements) |
quiescent potential | 1/2 Vcc+-0.2 |
Maximum power consumption | ≤450mW |
Total resistance | 0.4~4KΩ |
Centrosymmetric | ≤10% |
offset voltage | ≤130mV |
Cut-off frequency | >20 KHz |
Note: The output signal amplitude Vp-p is related to the gap δ (the distance between the bottom of the sensor and the ferromagnetic material): generally δ=0.25mm
Remark:
1. It is strictly forbidden to collide,squeeze or scratch the detection surface,otherwise the chip will be easily damaged;
2. The circumferential tooth surface of the gear must be facing the center of the sensitive area of the sensor. One tooth on the Z-phase side of the gear can be removed (or only one tooth left) to obtain the Z-phase signal;
3. The appropriate distance from the sensor to the top of the gear.
