CR-410C coffee colorimeter can measure the color of coffee conveniently and accurately. It can measure a variety of coffees: whole green beans,roasted beans and roasted coffee. It's also more accurate than trying to visually assess the color of coffee beans. The CR-410C is an affordable,portable option. The CR-410C uses the SCAA Professional Coffee Index to calculate color,roast grade (light,medium,dark,dark),variance from standards,and pass/fail information. Additionally,it includes our Food Color Index Technology (FCIT). The CR-410C is capable of measuring whole bean,freeze-dried,powdered and instant coffee forms.
