Product features and uses

This water level meter is our company's national invention patent product, with patent authorization number 200510037980.3. It is the only one in China certified by the National Lightning Protection Center, with certificate number (2004) and quantity certification (Shanghai) number (L0343). This product is a high-end instrument-grade input-type liquid level transmitter specially designed for water conservancy and hydrology monitoring in the southern river network area with many mines and low-altitude mines and in the mountainous areas of the north and south. It adopts high-quality imported materials with good stability and durability. Components are made of selected high-end instrument and amplifier circuits. The tail of the integrated transmitter is equipped with a miniature three-level lightning protector. This lightning arrester is designed for Category 3-5 harsh installation environment conditions of long-distance cabling in the open air, and is rated at the most severe Level 3 and Level 4 of the GB/T1762.5-1999 national standard electrical lightning resistance test. Adding lightning protection loads of 2kV/1kA and 4kV/2kA to the input and output lines can pass safely. And according to GB18802.1-2002/IEC61643.1: 1998 power equipment product ultimate impact strength test, it passed the 10kV/5kA test.

This product is resistant to any intensity-induced lightning strike from a distance of five meters and has a quality warranty (except for direct lightning strikes that burn the outer sheath of the cable).

Material

The shell is made of standard stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the pressure-sensitive diaphragm is made of 316L stainless steel. It can be used for slightly corrosive water media.

Note:

⑴. The brackets are the indicators of low-range products from 1 to 3m, which are relaxed according to international practice;

⑵ and J level are all integrated products. In order to ensure lightning protection performance, split transmitter type is not accepted;

⑶. If you only need sensors, the performance and price will be negotiated separately;
