The cylindrical miniature high-pressure sensor CYG508 with a nominal outer diameter of 8mm was originally designed for trauma medicine and implantation measurement of high-frequency dynamic high pressure. It is a miniaturized package product of the high-frequency dynamic pressure sensor CYG401. It can also be used for dynamic high-pressure testing that requires small-size installation, such as deflagration high-pressure in small-volume bodies, oil exploration and fracturing logging, etc.


The pressure sensitive element of CYG508 is designed and manufactured using advanced MEMS technology, and adopts a series of authorized patented technologies such as back flush pressure-bearing and lumen-free packaging. Therefore, it has a natural frequency of up to hundreds of kilohertz and a rise time as fast as sub-micron, ensuring the requirements for high-frequency dynamic stress testing. The small package size meets the requirements of special environmental conditions. (If there are dynamic requirements above 6Mpa, please pay attention to the structural installation strength)


CYG508 miniature high-pressure sensor is in gauge pressure (less than 2Mpa) or sealed gauge pressure (more than 2Mpa) mode. Its appearance has a standard small cylindrical shape and a derived threaded mounting type. See the outline drawing for details.


The standard measuring ranges of CYG508 are 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 40 and 60Mpa. The remaining measuring ranges need to be customized through negotiation.


CYG508 is suitable for any gas or liquid medium that is compatible with silicon, glass, stainless steel, and epoxy resin adhesives.
