Industrial Sound insulation and vibration damping panels are self-adhesive pads used for sound insulation and vibration damping of metal panels. The adhesive surface is smooth and in full contact with the underlying surface,with no air pockets or channels. Odorless,wear-resistant,impregnated,prevents water absorption. . Both the padding and adhesive can withstand temperatures of -22f - 248f and are highly resistant to aging. Before removing the backing paper,the non-moisture paper should be cut to the desired size and shape. . It can be cut with scissors,a knife or a mold. Remove dust,grease,moisture and other impurities from application surfaces. Peel off the backing paper. The simplest application technique is to slightly bend the bad and attach it to its shortest edge. The pad is then pressed firmly into place,preferably with a larger piece of roller. This reduces the risk of leaving pockets of air,thereby reducing sound damping capabilities. During assembly,the temperature of the pads and application surfaces should not fall below room temperature.
