3. Components of workshop data collection:


The workshop field data collection system mainly consists of two parts,one is the field data collection hardware equipment,and the other is the production field data collection software system.

3.1 Hardware part

Since the workshop environmental conditions of each company are different,the hardware collection equipment used is also different. At the same time,the hardware equipment is determined according to the data collected. For example,when collecting data such as raw materials,process flow,and warehouse entry and exit,the target objects have barcodes. In this case,a barcode gun or PDA device is usually used; if the quantity of finished products is collected in an assembly line environment,a fixed code reader or an automatic grabber of data from palletizers,balers and other equipment is generally used. Infrared sensors can also be installed in the assembly line; when collecting machine tool equipment,PLC and OPC are basically used to complete the collection. The data collection software system has three parts. The first is to coordinate and configure all the collection equipment dispersedly deployed in the workshop.
