Eagle Eye Power Solutions, LLC DM-1000A Density and Specific Gravity Instrument

Eagle Eye DM series online density meters are designed for continuous monitoring and process control of liquid concentration/density and solution temperature in a wide range of applications. Available in three different mounting configurations,DM Series density meters can be integrated directly into a variety of tanks and inline systems. Temperature compensated values can be measured and displayed in density,specific gravity,Brix,Plato,Baume,API,concentration,percent solids and other density measurements. Designed for process control,measurement data can be output via a 4-20 mA signal. Digital communication for remote calibration and monitoring is also provided. Each DM Series density meter consists of a capacitive differential pressure transmitter connected to a pair of pressure relays immersed in the solution being measured. Temperature compensation is performed by a temperature sensor located between the two pressure relays. Small changes in process temperature are quickly and accurately calculated through dedicated software. DM Series products are suitable for a variety of applications inc oil,gas and petroleum production,food,beverage and alcohol processing,and chemical production and monitoring. The digital LCD display allows the user to easily read any custom configuration unit that can be used interchangeably during operation. The DM Series requires low maintenance after installation,is easy to clean,and allows for safe operation and continuous testing. The DM series offers high accuracy and repeatability for long-term use. Installation of the density meter is quick and easy,with minimal downtime and disruption.
