The EVCD10 spectral confocal displacement sensor uses a high-quality optical lens to focus white light at different distances along the optical axis rather than at a single point,with all visible light bands in focus. This versatile optical sensor opens up new dimensions in measurement technology. A linearity of 0.02%FS can be achieved.


The EVCD10 spectral confocal displacement sensor is an instrument based on the principle of dispersion confocal to measure displacement or thickness. The controller is connected to the measuring head through a special optical fiber. The power supply is 24V DC,and the data is output through the Ethernet interface. Its encoder interface can be connected to 3 channels of incremental single-ended photoelectric encoder signals to make each position data and measurement data correspond one to one. At the same time,it can be synchronized with external trigger signals,and can also output trigger signals to synchronize other devices.


The controller of the EVCD10 spectral confocal displacement sensor mainly collects,processes,and calculates spectral signals,and transmits the data to the PC through the Ethernet interface. The probe is completely passive and contains no heat source or moving parts; the fiber optic cable connecting the probe to the controller can be customized up to 10m in length.
