Senex Senex explosion-proof thermocouple temperature meter with temperature transmitter

Explosion-proof thermocouples (resistance) use the gap explosion-proof principle to design junction boxes and other components with sufficient strength to seal all parts that can produce sparks,arcs and dangerous temperatures in the junction box. When an explosion occurs in the box,it can be extinguished and cooled through the gap between the joint surfaces,so that the flame and temperature after the explosion cannot be transmitted outside the box,thereby preventing explosion.

The thermoelectric potential (resistance) generated by the thermocouple (thermal resistor) passes through the bridge of the temperature transmitter to generate an unbalanced signal. After amplification,it is converted into a 4~20mA DC signal and sent to the working instrument. The working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value. .
