Our Ultra High Purity 780S-UHP mass flow meter is the industry choice for bulk gas distribution services in semiconductor factories,pharmaceutical manufacturing and other ultra-clean processes. Real-time monitoring of natural gas usage provides reliable information on consumption and usage patterns in manufacturing areas and can be used for billing and diagnostic purposes. Model 780S-UHP uses 316L electropolished tubes with a choice of 7-10 Ra (UHP) or 20-25 Ra (HP) internals. The Model 780S-UHP is available in pipe sizes from 1/2 inch to 12 inches,with butt weld and VCR probe connection accessories. Larger line sizes are available on request. The Model 780S-UHP also features Sierra’s unique dual-plate flow conditioning element to eliminate velocity profile distortion as well as vortices and temperature stratification in the airflow. This product reduces pipe straight run requirements to a minimum of three upstream diameters. Therefore,you save on installation costs compared to orifice plates that require at least 20 upstream pipe diameters for optimal performance.,In addition,the Model 780S-UHP features Sierra’s famous intelligent electronics package for field scaling,field flow range adjustment,and field verification and diagnostics.
