The FMA3100 series mass flow sensor represents a breakthrough in mass flow sensor technology. Advanced electronics,compact mechanical design,and mass production tooling concepts combine into a high-performance,cost-effective product. This gas flow sensor is suitable for many OEM applications. Standard 0 to 5vdc linear output. \nfma3200 mass flow controller uses the basic FMA3100 thermal mass flow sensor to provide precise,stable gas flow control in a compact package. In shutdown mode,the flow control valve closes with minimal leakage. This cost-effective controller with a 0 to 5vdc linear output and a 0 to 5vdc control input is ideal for many OEM applications. The nfma3300s combines the functionality of the FMA3100 with an adjustable 31.2-digit LCD digital display meter for viewing in engineering units (i.e.,mL/min or L/min). These compact flow meters have proven effective in many laboratory applications. NIST-traceable calibration certificate for air is provided at no additional cost.
