Features and Benefits Description,The Dynisco Melt Monitoring Alarm Series is a melt pressure sensor with an integrated digital display. Optional temperature measurement available. Melt monitors are designed for the harsh environment of plastic extruders. Standard features,inc digital auto-zero and peak display functions,provide easy operation for accurate pressure measurements. With an optional built-in temperature sensor,the display can provide both process pressure and temperature. The melt monitor comes standard with two programmable alarm relays. Alarms can be programmed for manual or automatic reset and pre-alarm indication. In addition,these models feature two digital inputs for remote reset and remote zeroing,as well as 4-20 mA,0-10 Vdc,and 1-5 Vdc user-selectable retransmission of the pressure signal.
