Siargo Ltd. FS4003 Mass Flow Meter and Controller

FS4000 series mass flow sensors are designed for general purpose flow monitoring and control applications. These sensors are made from Siargo's world-leading patented MEMS mass flow sensors and intelligent electronic control systems. The sensor directly measures the mass flow in the designed channel with small pressure loss. These sensors can be easily applied to electronic flow meters in anesthesia equipment,clean room air flow or nitrogen flush monitoring and control,environmental equipment such as air samplers,and analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs. The flow channel diameter of FS4003 is 3 mm. The sensor has a low-cost component with very low pressure loss,while it can measure air flow up to 5 SLPM. Applications include leak detection,particle counters and analytical instrumentation. The FS4008 can be configured to measure flow rates up to 50 SLPM. Can be used in gas flow measurement and/or control equipment. Applications include electronic flow meters for anesthesia equipment,clean room gas flow monitors,air samplers and gas analyzers
