The FS5000 Series mass flow sensors are designed for general flow monitoring and control applications. The sensor directly measures the mass flow in the designed channel and has the function of tracking flow detection. The lowest flow rate it can detect is 20 nL\/min. These sensors can be easily applied to manifold flow components,leak detection,HVAC control,clean room air flow or nitrogen flush monitoring and control,environmental equipment (such as air samplers),analytical instruments (such as GC spectrometers),and more. The nFS5001 sensor can be configured to measure flow rates from 1 to 1000 sccm (1 SLPM). With a full range of customizable adapters,it's plug-and-play ready for many applications.
