FXG flow temperature sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, high accuracy, easy installation, maintenance and use. working principle:


The schematic diagram of the turbine flowmeter is shown in the figure. A turbine is installed in the center of the pipe, and both ends are supported by bearings. When the fluid passes through the pipe, it impacts the turbine blades, causing the turbine rotation speed to be proportional to the fluid flow rate. The fluid flow drives the turbine to rotate, cutting the magnetic lines of force generated by the magnets in the housing, resulting in changes in magnetic flux. The sensing line sends the detected magnetic flux periodic signal to the preamplifier for amplification, generating a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and obtains the flow value through circuit calculation.
