The GX18E20 temperature sensor adopts a single bus communication method and has a single-point temperature measurement function and a distributed temperature measurement function. Each chip has a 64-bit ID number. The chip temperature measurement range is -55℃~﹢125℃, and the accuracy is ±0.1℃. The chip can be assembled network, a single channel can be cascaded up to 500 or more. The chip is packaged in ceramic, which has hot spots with high reliability and strong stability.
