product description:

GXHT30A is a new generation of single-chip integrated temperature and humidity developed by Zhongke Yinhexin
sensor. It is based on the Zhongke Galaxy Core extremely weak signal detection design platform and
The MEMS process design platform is developed. Integrating high-sensitivity on silicon CMOS wafers
MEMS humidity sensor, which can reduce the interference of multi-chip signal transmission and reduce
Low chip area and improved packaging reliability. The chip is packaged in a miniaturized DFN package.
Overall dimensions 2.5 x 2.5 mm2, height 0.9 mm. This allows the GXHT30A to
into various applications. In addition, the wide supply voltage range of 2.2-5.5V makes it
to adapt to various power supply environments.

feature:

★ Full temperature and humidity range calibration and temperature compensation analog output
★Wide supply voltage range from 2.2 V to 5.5 V
★ Linear analog voltage output within the range of 10%-90%
★ Temperature measurement range -45℃~+130℃
★ GXHT30A typical accuracy is ±3%RH and ±0.3°C
★ Measure temperature and humidity in parallel and output them through different pins
★Single chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor
★ High reliability and long-term stability
★ DFN8 package

Function Description

1 Power-on: When the power supply voltage exceeds VPOR, the sensor begins to enter the power-on process initialization process. It needs to wait at least tPU. to complete the power-on initialization process and enter the idle state. During this time the temperature and humidity pins output an undefined state.

2Temperature measurement

Humidity ranges from 10%-90%, and the physical value measured by the sensor is mapped to a linear output of an analog voltage. The sensor output is temperature compensated and linearized before being converted to an analog voltage output, and each sensor is calibrated. Therefore, the temperature and humidity output accuracy of each sensor can meet the design indicators in Tables 1 and 2.

Equations (1), (2), and (3) give the relationship between the physical values of temperature and humidity and the output voltage. Figures 9 and 10 are graphs.
