Introduction
MEMS vibration ring technology
The key component of industrial-grade gyroscopes is high-quality microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) with good long-term stability and reliability. The design of the micromachined silicon structure makes the gyroscope extremely sensitive to external shocks and vibrations. Therefore, they are suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
Description
Due to its high performance, the gyroscope meets the requirements regarding maximum Achievable precision requirements for industrial-grade applications. Integrated electronic circuitry helps ensure single-ended analog voltage output (0.66-2.64 V FSO) and flexible supply voltage (5-40 VDC). The ASC 271 single-axis gyroscope and ASC 273 three-axis gyroscope feature lightweight, reliable aluminum housings and integrated cables with configurable lengths and connectors. The ASC 271 therefore has a degree of protection IP65, while the ASC 273 has a degree of protection IP67.
Application
Suitable for dynamic roll, pitch and yaw measurement of motor vehicles, ships and aircraft, as well as vehicle dynamic monitoring of autonomous vehicles (AGV) or positioning of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in smart agriculture.
