HD-COD600X COD sensor is a UV light absorption chemical oxygen demand sensor. It has the characteristics of small size, no need for reagents, easy installation, and can continuously monitor water quality online. Because many organic matter dissolved in water absorb ultraviolet light. Therefore, measuring the degree of absorption of 254nm wavelength ultraviolet light by these organic substances can measure the total amount of organic pollutants in the water. The sensor uses two light sources, one is 254nm ultraviolet light, and the other is 365nm ultraviolet reference light, which can automatically eliminate the interference of suspended substances, thereby achieving more stable and reliable measurement values.
