HIH-4602-A\/C Series Relative Humidity (RH) Sensors combine relative humidity and temperature sensing with a hydrophobic sintered stainless steel filter. Laser-trimmed thermoset polymer capacitive sensing elements feature on-chip integrated signal conditioning. The temperature sensor is thermally connected to the relative humidity sensor,making the HIH-4602-A/C generally ideal for measuring dew point and other absolute humidity. The HIH-4602-A contains an integrated thermistor,while the HIH-4602-C contains an integrated precision RTD. Factory calibration data provided with each sensor allows individual matching of downstream electronics and ±3.5% relative humidity total accuracy.
