The HM12 is a temperature-compensated silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor in a dual-in-line package that allows it to be mounted directly on a ceramic board. The latest silicon wafer micromachining technology is used to modify sensors to achieve low product cost,superior performance,and long-term stability.
HM12 has excellent temperature characteristics,and the temperature compensation range is 0~60℃.
HM1210 uses constant current excitation,which integrates a gain resistor into the sensor,making the sensor interchangeable with an interchangeability error of only 1%.
HM12 pressure sensor is available in gauge pressure,differential pressure and absolute pressure modes.
l The full pressure range includes 1000Pa,500Pa,1Kpa,2Kpa,5Kpa,10Kpa,1psi,5psi,15psi to 300psi.
l Constant current excitation.
l Wide temperature compensation range (0-60℃).
l Suitable for dual in-line packaging of ceramic boards.
