The HX wire-pull displacement transmitter improves on the structure of the linear displacement sensor and combines the advantages of the sensor and the linear displacement sensor. It is a sensor with compact structure, measurement stroke, small installation space and high-precision measurement. The product's stroke ranges from 200mm to 2000mm, with current 4~20mA and analog voltage 0~10V output, meeting various needs for large stroke and high precision.

working principle:
When the linear displacement or angular displacement changes, the pull wire expands and contracts, driving the inner shaft to rotate. The high-precision potentiometer rotates coaxially to produce resistance changes, and then the resistance signal is converted into a standard current or voltage signal output through the transmitter. The inner shaft is equipped with a precision rotation spring mechanism, which acts on the cable with a restoring force of 0.3KG to ensure that the cable is always in a straightened state.
