Fixed digital hybrid pyrometer with built-in camera system and infrared filter for non-contact temperature measurement and display of thermal images from 700 to 1800 degrees Celsius.,the ISR 6-TI Advanced Infrared Thermometer combines precise (2-color) high temperature measurement and thermal imaging in one non-contact temperature measurement system. It accurately measures the temperature at a center point and uses an infrared filter to display ratio pyrometer temperature readings based on an accurate (largely emissivity-independent) automatically calibrated thermal image.,the system is based on a high-quality two-color (ratio) pyrometer ISR 6,combined with a camera with short-wave infrared filter.,the analog video output signal is converted to USB (using an external video to USB grabber) and input to a PC via the standard pyrometer software InfraWin. From this signal,InfraWin generates and displays a pseudo-color image related to the precise temperature reading at the central measurement point (measured by a ratio pyrometer). The integrated ROI functionality provides the option to define and evaluate special regions of interest (ROI) in thermal images. Used in conjunction with optional input/output modules,external switch contacts can be triggered based on temperature data from one or more ROIs.
