The flexible film piezoresistive sensor is a high-resistance ink produced by our company. Depending on the pressing force and pressing,the resistance of the printed surface will drastically. As the pressure increases,the resistance of the sensor decreases. The sensor acts as a variable resistor,and the data obtained is transmitted to the signal collector,so that reading,monitoring,and identification of the pressurized parts can be realized. It has been successfully used in intelligent robots,automotive industry,medical field,etc.

The FSR resistive pressure sensor is a flexible film sensor whose resistance value decreases as the pressure acting on the sensing area increases. The single sensing area sensor is equivalent to a two-port variable resistor whose resistance value is controlled by pressure. It is also equivalent to a switch with a certain threshold value. This threshold value is determined by pressure and device parameter settings.

FSR flexible film pressure-sensitive sensor is composed of polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,highly conductive materials and nano-scale pressure-sensitive materials.

The top layer is a flexible film and a pressure-sensitive layer compounded on it,and the bottom layer is a flexible film and a conductive circuit compounded on it. The two are bonded with double-sided tape and isolate the sensing area. When the sensing area is under pressure,the lines that are disconnected from each other on the bottom layer will be connected through the pressure sensitivity on the top layer,and the resistance output value of the port changes with the pressure.
