ON Semiconductor's general-purpose CMOS image sensors are available in two models: VITA image sensor and KAC image sensor. The VITA image sensor is a rolling shutter/global shutter image sensor with high configuration flexibility,high resolution,high speed and high sensitivity. These image sensors feature 1.3MP to 26.2MP resolutions,4.5µm to 4.8µm pixel sizes,and maximum frame rates of 75fps to 160fps. VITA sensors feature pipelined and triggered global shutter (supports dual readings),rolling shutter (supports correlated double sampling (CDS)),and multiple regions of interest. Typical applications include machine vision,intelligent transportation systems,surveillance,and other applications that require broad applicability and excellent image quality.
