Product features,KDV series are high-quality glass tube variable area flow meters (rotary flow meters). This classic design remains the most widely used flow meter form in the world. The simple variable area design makes the flow meter a perfect choice when ease of installation and operation is a must. The KDV features a tempered glass measuring tube which is inert to most chemicals. This tube is suitable for measuring liquids and gases. Liquid flow range is 0.01 ~ 0.1 GPH,265 ~ 2645 GPH. Gas flow rates range from 0.025 to 0.25 SCFH to 670 to 6700 SCFH air. Custom calibration is standard and each KDV series is built specifically for the application. The KDV will come with a direct reading scale that will be calibrated to your operating conditions. The KDV can calibrate viscous,chemicals and various compressed gases. The scale will be supplied in whatever measurement units the user specifies when ordering. An application data sheet providing operating conditions will provide all the data needed to properly calibrate the flow meter at the factory. KDV is ideal for industrial and sanitary applications. Standard models are available with NPT threaded or flange connections. Available in polished finish and triple jaw fittings for food and pharmaceutical applications. Other specialized instruments may also be considered.
