Introduction

The core members of the optical gas analysis module R&D team of the Spectrum Technology Center of Group have many years of experience in the research and development of aerospace spectroscopic instruments in the Academy of Sciences system,and have professional knowledge in related optics,spectroscopy,precision machinery,electronic circuits,signal processing,algorithm design,and software design.,focusing on transforming aerospace spectroscopy technology into the civilian field and developing core technologies and products for optical gas analysis.

The team independently develops core components for optical gas analysis such as UV-enhanced micro-spectrometers,multiple reflection long optical path gas chambers,total reflection telescopes,spectral signal processing circuits and algorithms,light sources and detector drive circuits,and develops a variety of technical indicators based on application needs. The differential absorption spectrum of(DOAS)Gas analysis module,non-dispersive infrared(NDIR)Gas Analysis Module and Non-Dispersive UV(NDUV)The gas analysis module can be widely used in environmental,industrial,medical,energy and other industries to achieve import substitution.

This product uses UV Differential Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) technology,which can simultaneously measure SO2,NO,NO2,NH3,H2S and other harmful gases. In fact,it uses 130℃ high temperature temperature control to achieve gas concentration measurement in high temperature and high humidity environments to prevent gases from being Water dissolution loss,integrating gas analysis and pretreatment.
