The core members of the optical gas analysis module R&D team of the Spectrum Technology Center of Group have many years of experience in the research and development of aerospace spectroscopic instruments in the Academy of Sciences system,and have professional knowledge in related optics,spectroscopy,precision machinery,electronic circuits,signal processing,algorithm design,and software design.,focusing on transforming aerospace spectroscopy technology into the civilian field and developing core technologies and products for optical gas analysis.
The team independently develops core components for optical gas analysis such as ultraviolet enhanced micro-spectrometers,multiple reflection long optical path gas chambers,total reflection telescopes,spectral signal processing circuits and algorithms,light sources and detector drive circuits,and develops a variety of technical indicators based on application needs. Principles and characteristics
The module adopts the principle of non-dispersive UV absorption method and consists of narrow-band UV LED,air chamber,detector,signal acquisition and processing circuit,etc. By comparing the light intensity attenuation before and after absorption of the gas to be measured,the gas concentration is inverted.
The module adopts an original designed new multi-reflection long optical path UV gas chamber,which has the advantages of customizable optical path and stable optical path,achieving high stability and low detection limit of measurement results. Its small size makes it easy to integrate into various gas analyzers.
