BinMaster MAXIMA+ material level switch

BinMaster’s state-of-the-art rotary level indicator features a complete fail-safe system that sounds an alarm in the event of a power outage,motor failure or electronics failure in 2013,making it usable for process control. Suitable for a variety of bulk solids,inc powders,granules or granular materials,MAXIMA+ alerts the user of silo status via audible horn or a light connected to the unit. A notification will sound when the paddle stops rotating and is covered; when the bin is empty and the paddle is not covered,the alarm will sound again when the paddle starts spinning. MAXIMA+ can be installed on the side of the grain tank or on top of the grain tank using a shaft extension. To extend motor life and optimize energy costs,MAXIMA+'s motor will power the material as soon as it comes into contact with the blades,as soon as the shaft stops turning.
