The American Madshen V cone flow sensor changes the traditional shortcomings of fluid shrinking toward the center and large pressure loss,and instead gradually shrinks and spreads under the axially symmetrical side wall shrinkage method. This is a new revolution in the throttling and contraction of the throttling device,and is a major breakthrough in the structural design of the throttling device. It not only solves the technical defects of the old differential pressure flowmeter,but also has advantages that flow sensors with other measurement principles do not have.
The V-shaped cone and tube are pre-precision processed. When the fluid flows through the V-cone,the structure and shape of the V-cone allow the fluid to have a smooth transition area before shrinking,and the fluid is not forced to shrink. to the center line of the pipeline,but gradually shrinks towards the inner side wall of the pipe. A differential pressure will be generated at the front and rear ends. It is equipped with the corresponding differential pressure transmitter and accessories (three groups of valves,pressure valves,etc.) to form a V-cone flowmeter.,thereby measuring the flow rate.
