Nova 252 series continuous dew point analyzer is mainly used for accurate dew point analysis of exothermic or endothermic heat treatment atmosphere. Dielectric ceramic sensors provide stable and accurate measurements that are unaffected by most gas components,oil vapors or particles in the sample. A special built-in absorption filter removes oily vapors when furnace gases are sampled. A built-in sampling pump draws underpressurized samples from the process. The sample flow rate is displayed on a small rotameter with a valve. The analyzer then continuously reads the dew point and displays it on a bright LED or backlit LCD. On-site calibration is easy with the optional calibration kit. Additionally,the dew point sensor is field-replaceable,so if the sensor becomes contaminated,there is no need to return the analyzer to the factory for repair.
