Time Mark Model 4062 Material Level Controller

The Model 4062 Pumping Controller provides comprehensive control of tandem pumping systems. The Model 4062 monitors,controls and displays fluid level in storage tanks or fluid storage tanks to depths up to 34.6 feet. The input to the Model 4062 sensor can come from any 2-wire or 3-wire sensor,and its 4-20mA output represents 0 to 34.6 feet. Includes 24VDC regulated probe power supply. A level simulator is provided to help program these five set points: low alarm,level 2,level 1,pump off and high alarm. A universal 0 to 30 second turn-on delay can be programmed to prevent the output from shutting down due to input fluctuations caused by turbulent conditions. Provides additional 4-20mA output and zero and span controls for chart recorders or other external devices. Provides four heavy duty 10 amp 120V contacts for pump control and alarm activation. An automatic dialer or other emergency device can be activated by the SPDT power-off relay. This relay remains open when powered. Pump outputs include duplex alternating as well as manual and automatic switching. Each pump's operating time can be displayed with tenth-hour resolution,up to 99999.9 hours. Model 4062 can be panel mounted (11 1/8 x 4 5/8),the same as Time Mark Models 403,404,4042 and 4052,or surface mounted using the optional surface mount kit Model 4000.
